Who can visit: CGA invites any "team" athlete who is a member of USA Gymnastics, to train in our National Gymnastics Training facility.

When can I visit: Workout times will depend on the athlete's level. Please see a current Team Schedule available on our web-site or call (513) 860-3082.

What to expect: What will I be doing: The visiting athlete will be welcome to attend the entire workout following the daily training plan of that level. To include: Warm Up, Conditioning, Event Training, Flexibility, Dance, Sports Psych, and or Sprit Group. Or, feel free to bring individual workout plan from personal coach.

What is the cost: $50.00 per day / $200.00 per week.  This includes all training sessions that day and a CGA T-shirt!
