TOUR OF THE GYM |

In January 1997 Cincinnati Gymnastics Academy moved from a 9,000 square foot industrial building to a new state of the art facility at 3635 Woodridge Blvd., a few miles away in Fairfield, Ohio (Northern suburb of Cincinnati). We have separate preschool, classroom and team training areas with the latest and greatest equipment. Our bleacher seating area will comfortably accommodate 150 people. Our team kids are well served by a fully equipped training room (provided by Cincinnati Sports Medicine) and a terrific locker room. Please take a tour of our facility here and if you ever are in the Fairfield area, we would love to have you come by.

As you enter the front hall turn right and you are in our conference room. Also on the right side of the building is the training room (thanks to Cincinnati Sports Medicine), the team locker room and the Pro Shop. "Our Friend Shoppe" stocks everything all the members of our program might need. We have a wide range of leotards, CGA T-shirts and sweatshirts, grips, posters, books and other gymnastic supplies.

We are incredibly fortunate to have a great relationship with Cincinnati Sports Medicine, Their trainers, physical therapists, and orthopedic surgeons provide us with a terrific level of care, very unusual at the club level. We have a whirlpool, ice machine, electrostim units, a hydroculator tank and other modalities to keep everyone healthy.

"Dreams do come true" ..... the 1996 Olympics was a dream come true for everyone at Cincinnati Gymnastics Academy. We are blessed to have been able to succeed in our sport and stick to our philosophy of enriching lives. Blessed again, Morgan White and Allyssa Beckerman qualified to the 2000 Olympic Team.

Our classroom area includes a full spring floor, an inground respit, a Tumble Tank, an inground stringbed trampoline, 8 single rail stations, a regulation set of AAL bars, a climbing rope, and stall bars. We are on track to accommodate 1000 kids in this area in a wide variety of classes that we offer 6 days a week. Our team beam area is one of the best parts of the new facility. Having 7 high beams (6 AAI spring and 1 Spieth Anderson reflex) makes it easy to get lots of work accomplished in a short period of time. The entire area is matted with Resiite 15 cm. mats and 3 of the beams dismount into inground Respits. Each beam has a 16 foot mount and dismount area.
