TESTIMONIALS

I started my daughter, Adrienne, at CGA for one reason. . . to burn more energy!!! At the age of three, she started in the three year-old class with Ms. Candi and Ms. Kerensa. I felt that gymnastics was a great way to start a healthy athletic life with the basic fundamentals: strength, flexibility, endurance, and most of all discipline. Well we definitely found those and more! Ms. Sharon has played such a huge roll in Adrienne's life at CGA that I wouldn't know what to do without her (love ya' Sharon!). She's taught Adrienne from 4/5 year-old class all the way up to now. Ms. Rachel and Enrique have pushed my daughter, physically, mentally, emotionally, further than I even imagined was possible, making her stronger, faster, more enduring; at the same time they've always had positive words of encouragement. They have taught her that she can do anything as along as she keeps pushing herself (and yes, she still is smiling at the end of it all). Almost every coach has had a "run-in" with Adrienne and every one of them has made an impression on her; Ms. Gina for making her better and going beyond that; Ms. Katie and Ms. Christina for making her laugh; Ms. Angie for knowing, and telling Adrienne, that she can always do better. Even the office staff has worked their way into our lives, whether its just answering questions, making tuition payments, or just smiling and saying hello to us when we walk into the gym. Everyone here is so supportive and has been from the start, its made being here such a great experience. I feel that CGA's program not only brings physical benefits but makes Adrienne's life better as a whole.

We love all of you at CGA and thank you from the bottom of our hearts for giving Adrienne all of the opportunities that you have offered to her!!!

My family has been at CGA since my oldest daughter, Cadie,  was 4, she is now 10.  We have had the pleasure of getting to know just about every staff member in the gym.  Cadie began gymnastics as a preschooler with Mrs. Cindy.   Who has now coached my daughter on every event and at every level.  She has literally watched my daughter grow up as a person and a gymnast.  Cindy has the incredible  ability to push my child and get the most out of her without crushing her spirit or her love for the sport.   Gymnastics has taught my child life lessons that most kids her age have no idea about.  Cadie knows what commitment means and knows how to commit her whole self to something.  She knows what goals are, how to set them and what it means to work hard to achieve them.  She has learned the hard way about the sorrow of  defeat and  the disappointment that comes with it.  Cadie has also experienced the sweet smell of success and that hard work and dedication to anything always pays off (and not always with a gold medal).  She isn't intimidated by anyone or anything and shows the utmost respect for adults.   It is because of these wonderful qualities that Cadie has learned from gymnastics that we didnt hesitat to sign up my youngest daughter Madison.  Madison has been taking preschool classes with Miss Katie for about 6 months now.  Miss Katie is the most energetic person I have ever met.  She is always smiling, laughing or tickling someone.  She has taken my shy little girl under her wing and has helped her develop into a strong minded little girl who thinks she can do anything because Miss Katie said so.  I can already see Madison learning these important life lessons that Cadie has already learned.

Cincinnati Gymnastics Academy  (CGA) is a well-run organization with a top-notch coaching and administrative staff.  But CGA offers so much more than gymnastics training.  CGA has provided my daughter with opportunities to help other children's groups and senior citizens.  It also offers many activities designed to just have fun!  CGA's many members from around the tri-state have become our second family.

About 4-1/2 years ago, my daughter and I realized we needed to make a big change where her gymnastics' future was concerned. Kaitlyn started later than most, and (un)fortunately experienced a great deal of competition success in those first couple years. . at the time, she was at the 'best gym' in the Dayton, Ohio area, but we felt we had to move on if she was to ever reach her full potential in this great sport. Knowing she needed a solid foundation in the basics before starting optionals, we began evaluating many clubs in the tri-state region. After coming down to Fairfield for several 'test' workouts, we finally settled on CGA to continue her training ~ 87,173 miles plus many, many wonderful road trips later, lol, I think I'm glad to say we still feel it was absolutely the best gymnastics decision we could have possibly made!

Mary Lee Tracy is not resting on her past laurels. . rather, she is constantly developing a coaching staff that is knowledgeable and passionate about their craft, while simultaneously fostering an early education teaching environment that ensures character development as well as individual achievement. The administrative and clerical employees are similarly both helpful and caring. In addition, through various faith-based spirit group and sport psyche activities, Cincinnati Gymnastics Academy is promoting healthy 'team' and 'unity' support situations. These lessons and experiences are enhancing the girls' life skills in areas such as dedication, confidence, cooperation, self-discipline and problem solving.

Along the way, I have had the good fortune to meet lots of wonderful parents and siblings of the team gymnasts. . consequently, I have enjoyed traveling, working, cheering, crying and laughing with many of them. . anyway, to make a long story short ~ We truly feel blessed to be part of the CGA family!

When we started looking for a place to start our three year old daughter in gymnastics, Cincinnati Gymnastics Academy came highly recommended above all others. The classes she has been in have helped her gain confidence, coordination and discipline, all while having a blast. Classes are kept small enough to give individual attention to each child. The instructors and staff have gone above and beyond our expectations and we could not be happier with how they have treated us.

Sincerely,

Our daughter McKenzey has been involved with CGA for the past two years and currently is part of the Level 5 USAG and TOP Program.  CGA is a safe, fun and clean facility.  The coaching staff is top notch and very dedicated.  They are so encouraging and enthusiastic!  They genuinely get to know each child – giving them individual attention, support, and the confidence they need to succeed at any level.  McKenzey’s training has also carried over into every aspect of her life.  She has gained so much and grown so much as a person.  We are very happy with CGA and would high recommend it to anyone.

CGA has offered Alexis a variety of opportunities in a nurturing environment. On the other hand, she has remained positively challenged and gained self confidence, too. She began on the classroom recreational team with a touch of extra tumbling class. All the while, the coaches reviewed her progress regularly and rewarded her with her ultimate goal - the Competitive team. Overall, she has gained skills that help her both in and out of the gym. Thanks CGA!

My daughter, started in private lessons (with Sharon MacDonald) in the fall of 2000. Lauren has special needs, and we wanted to see if gymnastics could somehow strengthen her body. After a few short months, the change was incredible! On top of becoming stronger, Lauren had a great time and her confidence grew so much. She worked with Sharon for 3 years , when full-day school made it hard for her to continue. We were so impressed with all that the gym did for our daughter that we didn't hesitate to put our 2 year old into a class. Of course, he loves it! And again, his confidence (and body control) has improved since he started.

We can't say enough positive things about CGA. We believe it is a place where kids can go for a great time, yet also learn lessons about self-control, determination, and effort that pays off!

Maygan was supposed to be taking her nap on Friday. I heard her jumping and talking so I went to peek at her. She had changed her clothes into her gymnastics outfit and had her babies lined up on her bed. She told her babies "I am Miss Sharon - follow me". and proceeded to do gymnastics moves.
