Cincinnati Gymnastics offers the USAG "TOPS" program to
gifted athletes who train in our competitive program Levels 4 through
10. Each year we test the physical, mental and emotional
development of our athletes to make sure that we are providing the
challenges and opportunities that they are ready for. The athletes
are selected after an evaluation which is held in March. They will
then add 2 additional trainings to their schedule for intense
training in strength and flexibility. Schedule includes Regional testing in June, National Team Camp in December. |
