Classroom Class Descriptions Level 1 - beginning of the Classroom program. This level provides basics on the 4 Olympic events (Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor) with focus on fitness, flexibility and strength. Level 2 - this level will challenge each student to try new and different skills on all 4 events. As the student gets stronger and skill level increases, they will be preparing for Level 3 Gymnastics. Level 3 - the Advanced level. This level continues to work higher-level skills as well as fitness, flexibility and strength. All levels will have part of their training on our trampoline, tumble track, rope climbing and wall bars. We provide a skill sheet for all levels Beginner Tumbling - Learn the basics of tumbling - up to backhandsprings/back tucks! 60 minutes focused on strength, power and technique. Intermediate/Advanced Tumbling - 60 minutes focused on strength, power, technique and developing higher level tumbling skills including front tumbling and twisting! |
